Some of the information was useful but the early sections on differences between state requirements did not seem especially relevant to my situation.

This is all stuff we do in our workplace training in the "Real World". It is frustrating that we have to do this training over and over again in so many settings. It feels like the Baptist Association is beholden to the lawyers at times. On the other hand, it is understandable as it is difficult to know what level of training everyone has and makes sure we are all on the same page. It is getting more and more difficult and time consuming in Australia to volunteer and is prohibitive at times. Yes, we want to keep people safe. Yes we want to meet the "Gold Standard". So, we do the training!!

Pretty good - exercise where had to modify desk was bit unclear and at times difficult to make figures register in chosen places - I don't think that swapping mouse form hand to hand would work very well ( I think that's what it said).
